The Finance Intern will work closely with the Finance team as the primary day-to-day contact for financial and operational matters and will interact regularly with the project management and account teams. It will be a 3-6 months internship programme, where you will gain valuable insights and be exposed to the advertising industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with General Ledger activity for month end closing
- Assist in preparing and following up necessary documents to accompany billings
- Checking and following vendors’ invoices
- Perform job closure in system
- Request and follow up documents required for client and vendor code set up
- Assist with office administration activities
- Assist in other section of Finance department/ ad-hoc projects as required
- Assist in new client and vendor registration
- Assist in invoicing matter
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Be able to work independently as well as part a team
- Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
