Job Opening Introduction
The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) is the UN headquarters in Africa and the representative office of the Secretary-General. UNON supports program implementation of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), and the Resident Coordination System globally.
The Division of Conference Services (DCS) at UNON delivers conferencing support to United Nations agencies based in Nairobi and beyond, ensuring they are equipped with the facilities and services needed to conduct effective meetings and communication.
This internship is located in the Information Management and Archives Unit (IMA) of the Division of Conference Services. The intern will work under the supervision of the Public Information Officer and support the unit’s communication and social media efforts.
