About the Role
The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) is seeking a motivated and proactive Coordination Support Intern to join its team in Nairobi. Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the designated officer, the Coordination Support Intern will assist in the following duties:
- Support coordination of meetings, workshops, and events related to programme activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefing notes, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Contribute to tracking project timelines, deliverables, and performance indicators.
- Help maintain databases and records of ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to project teams and partners.
- Assist in communication and information sharing between UN-Habitat divisions, regional offices, and external stakeholders.
- Participate in internal discussions and contribute to the development of coordination tools and frameworks.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
