               As an ICT Intern at CAJ, your responsibilities will include:&lt;\/p&gt;\n\n\n\n

                  Network Maintenance&lt;\/strong&gt;\n
                  <ul class='\"wp-block-list\"'>
                   \n
                   <li>
                    Assist in maintaining the Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN).&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                    <li>

                      Preventive Maintenance&lt;\/strong&gt;\n
                      <ul class='\"wp-block-list\"'>
                       \n
                       <li>
                        Support the team in drawing and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance plans for ICT equipment and systems.&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n

                          Technical Support&lt;\/strong&gt;\n
                          <ul class='\"wp-block-list\"'>
                           \n

                            Provide technical ICT support to end-users across the organization, addressing hardware and software issues.&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n

                              Systems Analysis&lt;\/strong&gt;\n
                              <ul class='\"wp-block-list\"'>
                               \n

                                Assist in carrying out systems analysis in collaboration with users to identify and address system requirements and enhancements.&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n

                                  ICT Training&lt;\/strong&gt;\n

                                    Facilitate training for staff on ICT hardware and software to improve user competence and efficiency.&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n

                                      Installation and Configuration&lt;\/strong&gt;\n
                                      <ul class='\"wp-block-list\"'>

                                        Assist in installing and configuring ICT equipment and services to ensure seamless functionality.&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n

                                          Monitoring and Compliance&lt;\/strong&gt;\n
                                          <ul class='\"wp-block-list\"'>

                                            Monitor the use of ICT hardware and software to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and usage guidelines.&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n

                                              Preventive Maintenance Implementation&lt;\/strong&gt;\n

                                                Aid in the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of ICT systems.&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
