Intern – Meeting Services<\/strong> to join our team in Nairobi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-level international meetings, logistical coordination, and diplomatic engagements. The selected intern will assist in organizing, coordinating, and managing meetings, conferences, and events hosted by UN-Habitat. They will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insight into global governance, urban policy, and international relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of meeting agendas, compiling relevant documents, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting virtual and in-person event logistics, and drafting reports and summaries. The intern will also contribute to enhancing meeting efficiency through innovative solutions and digital tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
