Data Management
\u2022 Collect, compile, and manage HR data from various sources, such as SF (Success Factors), and payroll
\u2022 Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
\u2022 Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
Data Analysis
\u2022 Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
\u2022 Generate reports and dashboards for HR and organizational leaders.
\u2022 Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
System Administration
\u2022 Administer and maintain HR systems, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
\u2022 Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of HR systems.
Process Improvement
\u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR operations.
\u2022 Recommend and implement changes to HR systems and processes.
HR Admin
\u2022 Support with employee JML process
