                    Sales &amp; Business Development:&lt;\/strong&gt;\n
                    <ul class='\"wp-block-list\"'>
                     \n
                     <li>
                      Assist in identifying and developing new sales opportunities within Kenya\u2019s evolving retail landscape, including online marketplaces, ethical fashion stores, and corporate clients.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                      <li>
                       Support sales initiatives by maintaining relationships with existing customers and engaging new potential buyers.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                       <li>
                        Participate in trade shows, pop-up events, and exhibitions to promote Artisan Collective products.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                        <li>
                         Work with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n

                             Assist in executing digital marketing strategies, leveraging social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn) to engage customers and drive online sales.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n

                              Collaborate on content creation, including product photography, storytelling, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                              <li>
                               Monitor e-commerce platforms and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with market trends.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                               <li>
                                Support in managing customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback across digital channels.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n

                                  Market Research &amp; Trend Analysis:&lt;\/strong&gt;\n

                                    Stay updated on emerging trends in ethical fashion, handmade crafts, and sustainable consumer preferences in Kenya and beyond.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n

                                     Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies for differentiation.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                                     <li>
                                      Track and report on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior to inform decision-making.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n\n\n\n

                                       Qualifications &amp; Skills&lt;\/h2&gt;\n\n\n\n

                                        <li>
                                         Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                                         <li>
                                          At least one year of experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in fashion, social enterprises, or retail.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                                          <li>
                                           Strong understanding of Kenya\u2019s retail and digital marketing landscape.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                                           <li>
                                            Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                                            <li>
                                             Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in a dynamic environment.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                                             <li>
                                              Proficiency in using social media, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools.\u00a0&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
