 Reporting to the Training Manager, the trainee will be responsible for learning and familiarizing with various activities and operations within their departments. He\/she will be required to uphold company policies and requirements at all times.&lt;\/p&gt;\n\n\n\n

  Key Responsibilities&lt;\/h2&gt;\n\n\n\n
  <p>
   Under the supervision of the Departmental Trainer and Training Manager, the intern shall learn to:&lt;\/p&gt;\n\n\n\n
   <ul class='\"wp-block-list\"'>
    \n
    <li>
     Manage department contracts and purchasing requests.&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
     <li>
      Establish, update and maintain departmental files and records.&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
      <li>
       Creates databases, performs data entry, participates in purchasing projects by researching or providing relevant information; prepares reports accurately and within the allowed time frame.&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
       <li>
        Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
        <li>
         Liaison with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders.&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
         <li>
          Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
          <li>
           Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
           <li>
            To understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel\u2019s Employee rules &amp; regulations.&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
            <li>
             To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
             <li>
              Performs any other duties as assigned to him\/her by management.&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n\n\n\n

               Skills, Knowledge and Expertise&lt;\/h2&gt;\n\n\n\n

                <li>
                 Degree\/ Diploma in Procurement from a recognized learning institution&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                 <li>
                  No work experience is required&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                  <li>
                   Less than one year since completion (2024\/2025)&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                   <li>
                    Kenyan Citizen&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                    <li>
                     Completed coursework (If even if not graduated)&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                     <li>
                      Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                      <li>
                       Excellent grooming skills and must be well-versed in professional and personal etiquette&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                       <li>
                        Good Communication skills&lt;\/li&gt;\n\n\n\n
                        <li>
                         Outgoing with a positive learning attitude&lt;\/li&gt;\n&lt;\/ul&gt;\n\n\n\n
