About the Finance Global Graduate Programme
The BAT Finance Global Graduate Programme is designed to equip graduates with the skills and experience needed to become future leaders within our business. Over 18 months, you will gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibilities, and develop expertise across various finance functions, setting you up for a managerial role after completing the programme.
This programme offers a dynamic learning environment, world-class leadership training, and the opportunity to work alongside professionals in a fast-paced, multinational setting. With a dedicated coach and mentor, you will have the guidance and support needed to accelerate your career development.

Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Global Graduate, you will be involved in:
- Financial planning and analysis, helping drive business performance.
- Budgeting and forecasting, ensuring effective cost management.
- Monitoring financial trends and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.
- Working closely with different teams across BAT, including Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, and Operations.
- Assisting in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing insights on pricing strategies, cost optimization, and financial risk management.
- Supporting projects that drive business transformation and efficiency improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- A university degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work and/or internship experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- International experience or a strong intercultural mindset.
- A driven, ambitious, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
