Key Accountabilities:
- Create and design various advertising materials for different media platforms.
- Establish creative direction for the company while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Design engaging animations for diverse media, including TV commercials and digital platforms.
- Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
- Responsible for selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the various projects.
- Encoding, converting, editing videos, and adding effects to enhance motion graphics.
- Stay updated with advancements in animation techniques, new technologies, and contemporary trends in production design to ensure cutting-edge work.
- Ensure timely completion of projects, maintaining high-quality standards
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget limitations.
- You are expected to support the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) within your department and the company.
- Adhere to the company’s principles and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create visually compelling content.
- Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines and produce high-quality work
- Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design
- Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Education Required
- Diploma or University graduate in Graphic Design or related field.
- Training in Graphic Design & Technology, Communication, Advertising & Public Relations, or Journalism.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 1 year experience including video production and animation in a busy environment.
