This internship is a 3-month fixed-term contract designed to provide exposure to various functions within the bank, allowing you to gain critical industry insights and practical skills.
Available Internship Positions
We are offering internship opportunities across the following disciplines:
1. Core Banking Business
Gain insight into retail and corporate banking operations, client relationship management, and financial services. Work closely with teams handling banking solutions, lending, and customer support to understand how banking services drive economic growth.
2. Finance
Work with financial experts on budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Develop an understanding of financial management within a banking institution and contribute to financial planning and forecasting processes.
3. Procurement
Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and cost optimization. Learn how financial institutions source goods and services efficiently while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
4. Digital
Work alongside digital banking experts to enhance customer experience through digital solutions. Gain exposure to mobile banking, online platforms, and fintech innovations that are shaping the future of banking.
5. Compliance
Understand regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks that govern banking operations. Assist in ensuring adherence to legal and ethical banking standards while mitigating risks associated with financial transactions.
6. Technology
Join our technology team and gain hands-on experience in IT support, software development, cybersecurity, and data management. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives that enhance banking efficiency and security.
7. Human Resources
Get involved in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and learning & development. Assist in building a strong organizational culture and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
8. Brand & Marketing
Work with marketing professionals to develop branding strategies, digital campaigns, and customer engagement activities. Gain practical experience in market research, advertising, and corporate communications.
9. Audit
Learn how financial institutions assess risks and ensure operational integrity through internal audits. Work with auditors to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
10. Governance
Support corporate governance initiatives and ensure adherence to ethical standards. Gain an understanding of policies, risk management, and decision-making structures within the bank.
11. Legal

Eligibility Criteria
