1. Intern – Human Resources

Location: Jubilee Asset Management Division
As a Human Resources Intern , you will work alongside the HR team to gain practical experience in human capital management within a leading financial services institution. This internship is designed to expose you to key HR processes and practices in a professional environment.
Job Description (JD):
- Support HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR information systems.
- Participate in HR policy implementation, compliance tracking, and reporting.
- Contribute to employee training and development initiatives.
- Provide administrative support in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members on HR projects to enhance efficiency and staff well-being.
This internship provides an opportunity to build a foundation in human resource management and organizational development.
2. Intern – Fund Administration
Closing Date: August 29, 2025
Location: Jubilee Asset Management Division
As a Fund Administration Intern , you will be exposed to the critical functions of investment and fund management. You will work with professionals managing pension schemes, unit trusts, and other financial products under Jubilee’s portfolio.
Job Description (JD):
- Assist in the daily operations of fund administration, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate fund records.
- Support reconciliation of investment portfolios and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports and client statements.
- Provide support in monitoring fund inflows and outflows to maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist in conducting research on investment products and market trends.
- Collaborate with fund managers and operations teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.
This internship offers exposure to the world of fund administration and provides valuable insight into asset and investment management.
3. Digital Factory Interns (10 Positions)
Closing Date: August 31, 2025
Location: Jubilee Life Division
The Digital Factory Internship Program provides an opportunity to join Jubilee’s innovation hub dedicated to designing, developing, and deploying digital solutions that transform the insurance experience. With ten (10) available positions, this program is ideal for creative and tech-savvy individuals passionate about digital transformation.
Job Description (JD):
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement digital products and services.
- Assist in coding, testing, and deploying software applications aligned with business needs.
- Support user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design initiatives for digital platforms.
- Contribute to innovation projects aimed at enhancing customer experience through technology.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform product development.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and digital solutions.
- Provide technical and administrative support to ongoing digital transformation projects.
- Work closely with IT and business units to ensure smooth integration of digital systems.
