We are seeking a passionate and energetic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience and exposure to human capital management within a leading financial services institution.
Job Description (JD):
The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities and assisting in the smooth running of the HR function. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and exit management.
- Assisting in updating and maintaining HR information systems and employee records.
- Coordinating employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Assisting with learning and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking participation.
- Preparing HR documentation, reports, and presentations for management use.
- Supporting compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team on various projects.
