We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our Fund Administration team. This role will provide valuable exposure to investment operations and fund management processes within a dynamic asset management environment.
Job Description (JD):
The Fund Administration Intern will play a supportive role in ensuring the smooth running of fund operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily operations in fund administration, including transaction processing and reconciliation.
- Supporting the preparation of client statements and performance reports.
- Assisting in monitoring fund inflows, outflows, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Supporting compliance checks to ensure adherence to reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with research on market trends and investment products.
- Collaborating with the operations and fund management teams to improve efficiency in service delivery.
- Providing administrative support on fund-related projects and documentation.
