Job Overview
As a Customer Success Intern, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in customer interaction and communication. This role offers the opportunity to assist with inbound and outbound communications, help resolve customer issues, support retention efforts, and ensure customers have a positive experience while engaging with Peach.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your role as a Customer Success Intern will involve the following key tasks:
- Customer Communication:
- Learn how to communicate with customers via phone, email, and text messages.
- Support lead qualification, cold calling, customer surveys, and after-sales follow-ups.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work with various teams to enhance the customer journey, from lead generation to conversion.
- Customer Retention:
- Assist in following up with customers in the Peach pipeline and contribute to ongoing retention initiatives.
- Market and Performance Trend Analysis:
- Help gather insights and share market trends with relevant teams to better understand customer needs.
- Customer Surveys:
- Participate in collecting feedback from past customers to identify areas of improvement in customer support.
- KPI Metrics Tracking:
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making and strategy adjustments.
