Internship Program Breakdown
Safaricom offers various internship opportunities to suit your academic and professional journey:

3-Month Industrial Attachment:
- Designed for ongoing university students .
- Intakes occur in April, July, October, and January .

6-Month Internship:
- Tailored for recent graduates (within the last 48 months) or those awaiting graduation.
- Intakes occur in April and October .

Pupillage Program:
- Designed for students from the Kenya School of Law .
- Intakes occur in April and October .
You may apply for only one intake per year , and the internship is for a fixed period with no extensions.
Internship Opportunities in Various Departments
We have internship opportunities in the following areas:
1. Human Resources (HR)
Join our HR team and gain exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
2. Legal
Support legal research, contracts, compliance, and corporate governance while working alongside experienced legal professionals.
3. Finance
Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis in a dynamic corporate finance environment.
4. Supply Chain
Gain experience in procurement, supplier management, logistics, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.
5. Marketing
Work on exciting marketing campaigns, market research, digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement projects.
6. Audit
Learn about risk assessment, internal audits, compliance, and operational efficiency by working with our audit team.
7. Public Relations & Communications

Eligibility Criteria
- You must be an ongoing university student or a graduate (within the last 48 months) .
- You must be available for a full-time internship during your selected intake period.
- The internship duration is fixed (3 or 6 months) without extension.
