Role Overview
As a Fleet Intern , you’ll support the daily operations of our vehicle fleet, helping ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and ready for customer engagement. This is a hands-on role offering practical experience in fleet management and exposure to a fast-growing automotive technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicles in the fleet are clean, properly maintained, and ready for client viewing.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report minor repairs or issues to the inspection team.
- Coordinate with Peach teams and external providers to manage vehicle fueling, washing, and detailing.
- Monitor vehicle movements, ensuring those taken off the lot return in the same condition.
- Track and manage usage of KD plates across inspection and sales teams; ensure proper storage and accountability.
- Assist the Senior Fleet Associate in maintaining up-to-date vehicle records, fuel usage logs, and tracking sheets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure vehicles are always in optimal condition for handover to clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a business-related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driving license with at least one year of driving experience.
- Candidates with mechanical knowledge or prior experience working with vehicles will have an added advantage.
