Job Description
The Intern – Communications & Design will assist in creating impactful communication materials and supporting outreach initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the design and production of visual materials, including brochures, reports, infographics, and social media graphics.
- Supporting the drafting, editing, and proofreading of communication content for digital and print platforms.
- Assisting with the maintenance and updating of UN-Habitat’s website and social media channels.
- Collaborating with programme teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication materials.
- Participating in the development of multimedia content, including photography, video editing, and animations.
- Supporting internal and external events with visual design and communication needs.
- Conducting research on communication trends and recommending innovative approaches to audience engagement.
- Assisting in compiling and archiving communication assets, ensuring accessibility for future use.
