As a
Communications & Design Intern
, you will support the team in developing engaging communication products and creative designs that strengthen UN-Habitat’s visibility and outreach. The role provides practical exposure to communications strategy, digital media, and design in an international environment.
Job Description
- Assist in creating and editing visual materials, including graphics, infographics, reports, presentations, and social media content.
- Support the design and layout of publications, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Contribute to content development for websites, campaigns, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with UN-Habitat’s communication standards.
- Provide support in preparing creative assets for workshops, events, and outreach activities.
- Help maintain UN-Habitat’s branding guidelines across all communication materials.
- Collaborate with the communications team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for campaigns and public engagement.
- Assist in photo editing, video support, and other multimedia-related tasks.
- Undertake additional communication and design-related duties as required.
